BioWell my name is Mario but I perfer being called Jossie and I'm a senior at SHS and I would rather staple my lips together than go to school. I'm not afraid to be honest and straight forward. All I ask is not to push my buttons or I will break your buttons.I try to be very creative. I love doing arts and crafts it helps me take out much needed stress. Anyways I write poetry and I've been doing so for 2 yrs. and I will hopefully become a distinguished poet and also specialize in psychology. When I write I work with currents. Everything has a current, and the current I use when I write poetry is the search for past experiences with the men I've had in my life. Well, Pele is the volcano goddess and I thought of like, um, sacrificing some of the boys in my life to her but then I decided that that wasn't really a very good idea. And, the poems are sort of about the way I've stolen fire from the men in my life. And I got tired of doing that 'cause I have my own. But I couldn't see that for a very long time. And now I can respect them without needing to suck their blood. Sometimes it takes an incredible amount of time for me to understand a poem I've written. Because I am so much in it and I can't distance myself from it. Sometimes I don't really understand my poem until I read them others and have their reaction to it. And my newest poems are even more personal. They usually come from a part of me that I don't know, haven't met and won't understand for a couple of years. They know things I don't know myself. I'm a music junkie. I listen to a lot of stuff. Here's a list of what I love to hear.
